With more than 17 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, I’ve built my career around one simple belief: beauty should enhance who you already are—not change you. I’m Michelle Cowen, and my passion for the beauty industry began with skincare. Over the course of my career, I’ve developed extensive knowledge of skincare, skin health, facial treatments, and the science behind professional esthetics. That foundation continues to influence the thoughtful, personalized approach I bring to every service. For more than 10 years, I had the privilege of working in a luxury Connecticut salon and spa, where I cared for a discerning and loyal clientele refining my expertise across a wide range of beauty and esthetic services. My experience includes advanced skincare and facial treatments, waxing, brow design, lash artistry, makeup, and highly customized beauty services. Since 2014, I have specialized in lash artistry, developing an extensive understanding of lash health, eye shape, natural lash characteristics, mapping, isolation, and customized styling. I believe beautiful lashes should never look one-size-fits-all. Every set is thoughtfully designed to complement the individual—her features, lifestyle, and natural lashes. My career has also allowed me to work in bridal and special-event makeup, fashion, photoshoots, Broadway, and film, giving me the opportunity to bring both technical expertise and artistry to a wide variety of settings. As an experienced industry trainer and former esthetics instructor in New York, education has always been an important part of my career. I believe true expertise comes from continually learning, refining technique, and understanding the science behind the services I provide.
